Why Simple Screw Repairs So Often Turn Into Frustrating Projects

You grab a screwdriver for what should be a quick fix.

The better approach: Use a bit that fits the screw properly from the beginning. A secure fit gives you better contact and control, so you can turn the screw without forcing it.

2. Your Screwdriver Isn't Giving You Enough Leverage

Sometimes the bit fits perfectly, but the screw still refuses to move. With a traditional straight screwdriver, you rely on your hand and wrist for leverage, so stubborn screws can make you squeeze, twist and lean harder until the bit slips.

More force is not always the answer. A wider handle position gives you better leverage and control, making it easier to loosen stuck screws on furniture, bikes, household hardware and older repairs.

The magnet actually works...

    They are forged from S2 alloy steel. This material is significantly harder and more shock-resistant than standard Chrome-Vanadium (CR-V), meaning the bits won't easily round off or strip your screws.
